How to discover your gifts

Group Time purpose is to discuss, explore

  1. Take turns telling the group what you think your gifts are and maybe an example of a time you saw God use your gifts in ministry.
  2. Ask others if they have any feedback/ observations.
  3. Discuss where you are currently serving or where you could potentially serve given your gifts. Try to be as specific as possible.  For example instead of saying I can use my gift of administration say, I will talk to leaders of various ministries to find out who I could come alongside of to help them in ministry, or I will find a project I can be in charge of (ask Keith or Olivia).
  4. Spend the last few minutes of your group time praying for one another to be able to take the next steps in discovering, developing, and displaying your gifts.
